Community Project---SMOKE ALARMS

Howdy TRLP'ers ........ specifically TRLP 3........ but 1,2, and 4 are welcome to read this post as well. This is Rodney Rowan over here in the Lake Cities area of town (Garland,Rowlett,Rockwall)......I attended a meeting the other day concerning a public service project INSTALLING SMOKE ALARMS alongside the Garland Fire Department & the Boy Scouts........ they are asking for SIX different groups to sponsor a small portion of the costs. I VOLUNTEERED TRLP to $250. The date is April 18th and again in October. For the $250 we get 1) a chance to volunteer and walk the neighborhood - no hard work involved 2) the TRLP LOGO on 200 shirts and 3) a FREE lunch those 2 days.
